About the Author

The Handbook was written by Paul Oldham under the coordination of Irene Kitsara at WIPO. Paul Oldham holds a PhD. from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is the Director of One World Analytics. He is a Senior Visiting Fellow and Industrial Fellow at the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research, Alliance Manchester Business School, Manchester University. Irene Kitsara is an Intellectual Property Lawyer who formerly worked with Deloitte and a Patent Analytics expert. She is presently an Intellectual Property Information Officer at WIPO with responsibility for Patent Analytics.
